Fee Payment
Participating terminals allow you to pay your fees online through eModal (except TMF) so that your container is available to be picked up.

Where do I find payment receipts? (payment history)
Select 'Show Me What I Have Paid' from the Fee Payment menu.
eModal is not accepting my debit or credit card
Debit/Credit card transactions are verified by Verisign. Please check that the number entered is valid as well as the expiration date. Once successfully verified, this card will be labeled as "Approved" and may be used for fee payments.
eModal is not accepting my electronic check
Check payments are verified by TeleCheck. All information must be valid in order for payment to be accepted. Duplicate check numbers are not allowed.
How do I get a refund?
eModal does not process refunds. Please contact the appropriate terminal.
I have a receipt but how do I know if the terminal knows I paid?
Terminals that accept online fee payment from eModal are automatically notified when a payment has been accepted.
