RFID Problem Message
In the table below, find the exception type indicated in the problem message you received. Follow the appropriate action required.

CDLdoesNotMatchRFIDThe commercial driver's license number did not match with the RFID tag the truck for the marine terminal indicated.
DO NOT REMOVE THE RFID TAG FROM THE MIRROR MOUNT TRAY.
To add a trucker, select eModal Trucker Check, select Add Trucker and enter all required information. If the trucker is already registered, click on Trucker Check, View All Truckers, select the trucker, select EDIT and make all required changes.
RFIDdoesNotMatchLPThe license plate number on the truck did not match with the RFID tag number on the truck for the marine terminal visit indicated.
DO NOT REMOVE THE RFID TAG FROM THE MIRROR MOUNT TRAY.
To add a truck, select Trucker Check, select Add Trucker and enter all required information.
If the license plate number has changed and is not associated with the RFID tag number, select eModal Trucker Check, select Change License Plate.
RFIDinfoNotEnteredThe RFID tag number is not entered into eModal.
DO NOT REMOVE THE RFID TAG FROM THE MIRROR MOUNT TRAY.
To enter the number, select RFID Tag, select Assign RFID Tag To Truck.

DO NOT REMOVE THE RFID TAG FROM THE MIRROR MOUNT TRAY.
Review the mounting instructions, and complete the tag install.

BrokenTagThe RFID tag on this truck MAY need to be replaced. To determine if the tag needs to be replaced, select RFID Tag, select Return RFID Tag and follow the instructions.
