eModal Trucker Check
eModal Trucker Check allows you to maintain your driver list to ensure easier access to marine terminals.
Questions and Answers
The terminal says that my driver is not in eModal Trucker Check.
Login to eModal and choose Manage Drivers from the eModal Trucker Check dropdown menu. Find your driver and ensure the following is true:
- The driver is listed with a current contract
- The driver's drivers license has not expired
- The driver is associated with a truck with the correct plate number.
- Click on the Ports of Call tab and ensure that port on which your driver calls is selected.
How do I change information about my driver?
- Login to eModal.
- Select "eModal Trucker Check" from the Navigation bar.
- Select "Manage Drivers"
- Select a driver using one of the three options.
- Update the appropriate information and save.
